Nintendo Switch Wish List: 2019

There is less than 14 days until Sword and Shield is out! I can’t wait to unlock the gigantic chubbier version of  Pikachu. Also very super excited because on the very same day we get the game, we also get to unlock Pikachu’s backstory in the newest region: Galar. Galar is based on Britain (UK) and the first episode in Ash’s new adventure is called “Pikachu is Born” according to Nintendo Life.

These are the items on my Nintendo Wish List that will most likely never make it to “add to cart” since I am not an ATM machine spitting out cash everywhere every second lol. I’ve noticed that most of the items here are horror games. I love the art for indie horror genre. I don't know how the horror genre does it, but it’s such always such a visual treat. And I really wish I was brave enough to try all of them without being a scaredy-cat. It’s always the pretty artwork that lures me in. Kind of like watching one pretty girl in a horror movie, only to regret it seconds later, because I’m balls deep into the plot and won’t be able to pause to turn off the movie because I’m curious about the ending.

For now, I only have “Layers of Fear: Legacy” because it’s currently on sale for $4 and I got it for $3 because I used my golden points from Nintendo. It’s regularly priced at $20. According to critics online, it’s scored high with an 8/10 and they highly recommend you play it in bed, under the covers, so that your expensive Switch doesn’t get damaged when you drop it during the successfully executed jump scares. The LOF:L also comes with a DLC where you can play the painter’s daughter.

I’d like to apologize that I couldn’t post screenshots. I know Nintendo has a capture camera option. But that only seems to work inside the games. Which is understandable considering how it’s to protect your privacy. Oh well, at least, I’ll get to show you how I decorate my Switch with lots of stickers.

For 2020, I only have one item on the top of my wish list and that’s “Rune Factory 5.” I still don’t know what the MC looks like or the bachelorettes available to date. I hope they make a lot. I hate it when they make the NPC ineligible to marry. That’s mad dumb. Hopefully, it’s more flexible this time around. And that every dating sim game has learned from Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club.

Anyway, this post is dedicated to November. It’s basically a gamer’s Christmas month and it’s the month where I feel most connected to my inner childhood. What’s on your gaming wish list? What do you think of November? Is it Halloween Part 2 for you or is it a  Pre-Christmas month for you?

I’d love to know what November means to you in the comment section below.

Take care,
